Here are links to a restaurant sort of centrally located, about 4 miles of the interstate and easy to get to. Rachel's Roadhouse. I've been there many times and it's a laid back place with a good menu, a bar, and if I remember right they have a little private room I might be able to reserve.

Also, Rachel's is 4 miles from a nice outlet mall for those who might want to shop before or after! It is right off the interstate.
