¿Am I transitioning or just gaining my curls back?

Most of my hair is wayvy (2B-2C) but the frontal part of my hair a thin curly. I never straighten it or anything but I used to detangled my hair with brushes for blower (those with many fibers) and my hair kinda lost its waves due to all the time I did that. After a month of treating my hair right my hair is back to normal (or that's what I think, I don't really remember how it used to look) but the frontal part is really curly near my scalp and flat later. Sometimes I can sesnse like it's slowly regaining the curl but I'm not completely sure.

It's probably regaining curl after being treated right. Transitioning usually refers to new growth from the scalp. Best of luck!
