How do I dry my hair ?

My curly hair takes so long to air-dry and when I use the blow dryer or towel -frizzy and awful . I live in a cold country and am seeking ways to keep my hair styled without water or to dry it without frizz? Please help me

A lot of curlies have good luck if they use a diffuser to dry their hair to about 75% dry and then let their hair air dry the rest of the way. 

Have you tried that method?
