V05 Vitaburst Conditioner for CO wash

Hi- I just came back from a vacation in FLA. I usually co wash only on vacation, since I need to get out the pool chlorine and other nasties. Shampooing every day would dry my hair out, even if I use Elucence, which is what I normally use, though every other day. So, I used dev no-poo while away, and it worked fine. But, I want a cheaper alternative, of course. I picked up the V05 vitaburst conditioner today, smells like grapefruit. I plan to work this into a co wash regimen, maybe with elucence every few washes. Anyone try this one yet?

Replying to my own post! I just tried it and liked it so far. Very thin and slippery, great scent, didnt need an additional conditioner. Just used Kiehls leave in. Drying now, will post back.

I got it at Genuardi's, which is a local (philly) supermarket. I think it is new. I liked it for CO, and I discovered something else too. I clarified today with Elucence volume clarifying, and used the VO5 as a rinse out conditioner. It worked great! It made combing easy and it gave just enough conditioning. My hair is very shiny and bouncy today. I highly recommend!

I bought it at the Rite Aid here and have been using it as a co-wash for the last couple of weeks. I like it so far.

3A, fine but thick, low porosity, low to medium resilience, protein sensitive but not to silk

Favorites: Anything from Curly Kinks...their system is my new holy grail. Still liking Juice Organics Orange and TJ Refresh Conditioners as all purpose co-wash and rinse outs.

If this helps, I have also seen it at KMart and Jewel/Osco. Jewel is owned by Albertson's and they have a website that names the store chains they own. I'm assuming that if my local Jewel/Osco has of their local chains in your areas should have it too.

I was thinking of trying it myself for a CO wash, but I have to use up the rest of my vast supply of other stuff first. LOL

Funny, I just bought this today as my White Rain I usually use for use CO wash was empty, and this looked intriguing. It has orange peel extract, which is in the DevaCare stuff - just less so in the VO5.

Here's the ingredient list from the bottle in case anyone is interested.

water, cetyl alcohol, stearalkonium chloride, cetrimonium chloride, glyceryl stearate, polysorbate 20, stearyl alcohol, steareth-21, propylene glycol, tocopherol acetate, panthenol, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange peel extract) ascorbic acid, niacinamide, biotin, DMDM hydantoin, disodium edta, fragrance, limonene.

I just hope that the citrus doesn't mess with my color. it didn't in the DevaCare, so i hope it's fine.

ETA: I bought this at my local Giant Eagle, so I guess it'd be widely available in large grocery/drug stores
