African Threading.. dent?

So African threading has been a complete game changer for my low porosity hair. It is more moisturized than ever now.
The bad news? It leaves this weird dent in my hair from where the thread is wrapped (I use thick nylon thread).
Any ideas on how to get rid of this annoying dent?
