Green onions?

Suppose a recipe calls for chopped green onions. Does that mean just the white part or the whole thing? Or somewhere in between?

    Use it all...white and green! It won't hurt ya, I promise! :wink:

    I cut off about half an inch from either end, and then chop up the rest.
