Question about a certain silicone.

I searched the forum but I couldn't find anything on this particular mix.

Amodimethicone/morpholinomethyl silsesquioxane copolymer. How bad is this silicone?

I have 2B hair and I recently comitted to the curly girl method. I rarely apply heat to my hair, but I still have a bottle of DryBar's Prep Rally detangler that i loved so much before I switched methods around in case I do. I'm too cheap to throw it out, how hard is this particular silicone to wash out of hair? I don't want my waves weighed down, but I'm debating just using it up so I can start fresh with a new CG approved heat protectant for when I need it.

I found tons on amodimethicone by itself, just none with the rest pd it.

Thank you!

I also use Garnier Ultra Doux leave in conditioner in the yellow bottle. It has amodimethicone in it. I believe it has similar ingredients to Garnier Sleek Shine leave in the green bottle which is a HG for some curlies in the past. I got mine from a friend who went to Europe and I also want to use it up. I've been using it as my leave in for a few months now. But I alternate it with my other leave in. I cowash most of the time, but I use sulphate free shampoo every 2 weeks and a sulphate shampoo once a month. My hair isnt weighted down and I have fine low porosity hair. But I wont be purchasing it again once I use it up. But that's just me, and my regular conditioner makes a good leave in as well.
