Help please! How to get rid of keratin?

Hi ladies,

i'm hoping someone here can pleaseee help me! I underwent a keratin treatment 8 months ago and ever since my 3b hair has been thin, fallen out and won't curl no matter what I do!

I've cut most of it out, and still nothing. Use sulfates as much as possible.

Any advice or similar stories?

i don't know the answer but here are my thoujghts --
if you already cut most of it out, i would stop the sulfates, they are stripping the natural oils from your hair.
have you tried a protein treatment?
