Aloe allergy

I have an allergy to aloe and wonder if vegetable glycerine would be a decent sub for it. I live in an an area that gets 4 seasons so I'm not sure. I'm looking for something to put in an SMT without the aloe and my mister. My hair is just so dang dry. Now that summer is here I'm back to coconut oil pre poos. I'm open to any substitutes for aloe.

It's in the recipe section up top. I've tried it off and on with different conditioners but never had any luck and I always had itching. Recently discovered the aloe allergy. I guess I'll try it with one of my oils instead.
