I have 3b shoulder-length hair. I condition all the time and do
Wash and go's. it seems like no matter what I try, I do not get soft shiny curls. They're always stiff and crunchy, and don't seem to fall
In place. I use oils to break the stiffness but my hair just seems to I have a mind of its own. What should I do?
