Can I moisturize my low porosity, type 4 hair everyday

Silly question, I know but my low porosity hair feels dry every day I don't moisturize? I've been moisturizing every other day,but my hair feels brittle without it... Is there such thing as over moisturizing? Or can I moisturize everyday.

My routine:

1. Water

2. Coconut Oil

3. Shea Moisture Shea butter hair milk

(I think this is the LOC method)

Yes, if your hair is dry then you should moisturize everyday. Some people are lucky enough to only have to do it a couple times a week but some of us have to do it everyday. There is a such thing as overmoisturuzing but if your hair is dry then you should moisturize it. You're fine.

I moisturize every day. I use a spritz bottle of water conditioner mix in between washing. I also have a store bought refresher spray. If I need to I add a dime size of curls cream brulee in my hair. then I cover with scarf for bed. Seems to work well for me.

I have to moisturize every day too. Low-porosity hair loses moisture more slowly than other hair types, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't lose moisture at all. It just does so at a slower rate. So definitely moisturize more frequently if you feel that your hair needs it.
