Is Aussie Mega Moist Conditioner Safe?

in Hair Type 3
Is Aussie Mega Moist Conditioner safe to use as a co-wash (or even in small amounts as a leave in or daily moisturizer)? I actually have been using it lately and it makes my hair very soft and light so results-wise I like it. I just want to make sure it's not actually bad for my hair. :laughing6:
