    I agree with sixelmy. I would also add having good nutrition. Eating lots of lean protein and healthy fats with vegetables usually results in great skin and healthier, longer hair.

    @curlisue what does fermented water do to increase hair growth? Is it like adding beer to your hair, which I've heard is great for thickening hair?

    For me the fermented rice water seems to condition and strengthen my hair, resulting in less breakage which allows me to get my hair longer. I'm not sure about beer. I've not used that.
