Breakage

I've just realised that my month struggle with breakage was due to over moisturising.

If I take care of my hair, and go for regular trims, will my hair grow back and get better?

Yes. In the mean time maybe stick to a light co-wash or very very gentle low-poo and use a good leave-in. Usually with breakage, less is more in many cases when it comes to products. The natural oil from your scalp is nature's best remedy for breakage, so if you can avoid cleansing all of it away, that's probably your best bet. Avoid brushing or combing even in the shower, and only finger comb with conditioner in. Good luck. Sometimes the only way is to just grow it out.

I rotate through the rest of my products depending on weather and etc but usually don't need them
I try not to use products tested on animals if I can help it.
