I wrote one it is called Kink Alchemy. It came out three weeks ago on Amazon in paperback and ebook.
Each recipe has a photo, storage, preservative info and directions.
As it is new only about 4 blogs have interviewed me about it.
By the way I am from Barbados and I am a vegan chef and cookbook author and now natural hair book author.

I have been natural for 10 years before products were available. My background is in microbiology and I love to work with tropical plants

Well, now I'll have to check out your vegan cookbook too. :)

Hi! You are reading my thoughts as I'm going to write a book about the recipes for the body and hair care using the recipes from some sources which I consider to be informative like this one https://ambrossimo.com/home-remedies-skincare/. I will be thankful if you advise me some other recipes which haven't been mentioned here. I have tried some of them for my body skin and I have noticed the results immediately, especially from applying coconut and olive oil after shower as I have dry skin which becomes even more dry after taking a bath, I think the reason in the bad quality of the water. And the natural oil plays the role of the great moisturizer! So now I am trying to experience the effectiveness of the recipes on my body and then to make a book with the collection of the really working recipes. What do you think?
