Hot oil treatment and no poo? :S

How do CGs wash out a hot oil treatment?

Actually, I just decided to experiment with olive oil, coconut oil and grapeseed oil, but googling it I can't find any info about washing it out without shampoo..

I don't even have shampoo in the house ahaha help

Would baking soda and ACV work?

I may be wrong, but I remember reading somewhere a while back that coconut oil had to be washed out with a sulfate. Following because I would like to know as well!

In general, I don't have issues with co-washing out coconut oil. Even if I can tell its not all removed, I am usually fine with it, as my hair undoubtedly needs the benefit of the oil staying on longer. The grapeseed and olive oils tho...not sure.

I really love doing hot oil treatments, ill use a mixture of different oils, though coconut is always the most part of it. I use a low poo and that works for me, i dont have any expirence with bicarb, though i do alot acv rinses, and that helps to get it out.
I dont know if that helped or not its just what i do.

my hair: 3b, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
Oils and my own procuts are my hairs best friend
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.

I haven't used shampoo in years. I use oil in my hair. I do overnight treatments with coconut oil or Eden Bodyworks tea tree and peppermint oil mix that has a few different oils in it. Lately, I've been using coconut oil after my leave in and liking it. I have no trouble getting the oils out with co washing and then using a rinse out. I usually leave the rinse out conditioner in my hair for most of the shower. That helps get the oil out. I've never had a problem getting oil out. Once a month or so, I will do an acv rinse. My hair always feels good after that. So, conditioner gets the oil out for me. :)
