how do ya'll maintain and moisturize your hair at night?

Right now my hair is only CL when I pull it so its pretty short. I usually do a spritz and rub some coconut oil in and then pineapple for a few days and then when it starts getting crazy I'll retwist and repeat until its wash day

I'm finding that aloe vera juice is a great moisturizer! Apply an oil like EVOO or Coconut oil after then try sleeping with a satin bonnet instead of scarf or satin pillowcase. The bonnet has the same effect as a conditioning cap/shower cap so it traps in moisture.

^^ Ditto. I've found myself mini twisting, spritzing with oil and water and greenhousing at night.

^ Aloe vera juice is awesome stuff for 4c hair. You can mix it with water if you experience itchies or a strong smell.

I spritz mine with my aloe vera & water mix. Then I put in medium sized twists. Lately I've found that lightly spritzing it at night yields better results than saturating it.

I've been spritzing with a little water and then doing a pineapple. If my hair feels really dry, I will put a pump of argan oil in my hair after spritzing.

I do a makeshift crosswrap and put on a bonnet.

I lightly spritz my hair with plain water and then seal with a little bit of hair grease. I rotate which particular one I use because I have quite a few different ones. But, I like pretty much anything from Blue Magic. Some formulas have more hold than others or a better smell. But they're really cheap, last a really long time, and easy to find. Softee makes some good greases too. After I seal, I put my hair in 4 twists, pin them around my head, then wrap with a satin scarf.
