Paul Mitchell Thicken Up vs Extra Body Sculpting Gel?

Can anyone point out to me the difference between the two? I tried the Super Sculpt and while it's great (I just recently tried it and I've been regretting never trying it since, especially when I had a lob; I'm also loving The Conditioner!), it doesn't give the body I'm craving.

I have 2b/c, coarse, but low density, short bob. I want some definition, but I like it a bit unruly/undone (think "French girls" je-ne-sais-quoi tousled look) and I need more body to it. Neater, more defined sculpted look (with the routine/staples listed in my signature below) can really show how little hair I have when it's short. I used to make my own jelly with okra, but lately barely have the time (or energy) for it.
