Is this cream okay?

Hello to everyone!
I discovered the forums today and learned all about sulfates and silicones.. I had already started using sulfate free shampoo but now I am definitely going CG! I need to buy a new curling cream and finding one in Greece is really difficult. I came across this one, what do you think?

welcome!! on that cream, it has Polquaternium ingredient. Some folks find those cat. cause horrible buildup in same way as silicones.

I live in Greece so I don't think so.. Here you can find either mass brands like L oreal, Fructis, Herbal Escences etc, or more french pharmacy type of products like Phyto, Nuxe, Klorane... Brands like CHI or Macadamia are easy to get hold of too.
Maybe I will have to start considering buying online, but I need something I can find here for now.

everyone's hair is different, and each product is different in formulation. the first one has polyquat 11 which is not the easiest nor the hardest to remove, and it is not high on the list of ingredients.
since your situation limits you, i would try both of them separately and see how your hair reacts over time with them.
years ago, before i even knew cg method existed i used phyto products, even the #9 one which was only so-so for my hair. my hair did like the sun balm, but i have no idea what the ingredients were.
