While browsing the new lines on the Target website I saw this one. Looks like there is a shampoo, conditioner, mist and gel-cream for the line.

Anyone pick this up yet? I can't find the ingredients and am curious to know what proteins are in it.

I saw the mist in a store. It had glycerin so I put it down. That is the only thing I remember. I wish Shea Moisture would post more info on their website.

I wish they would, too. It's definitely a purchase deterrent for me to not be able to know what I'm getting into. :)

Thanks for the glycerin info. That'll be a pass for me, too.

I brought the Styling Gel-Gream.. I love the hold it gives my hair - makes my curls very soft. I use a leave-in and then add this gel-cream. My wash and go lasts for 3-4 days.. However, its smell is very strong when you put in on your hair; it does fade with time though.

I've tried the shampoo and conditioner and was very happy with both. It moisturized well and smelled lovely, to me. The only reason I'm not still using it is because for some reason, although it wasn't heavy, it didn't give my hair any body or volume. Which is weird, given that I naturally have quite a bit of volume. My hair fell very flat and it took a lot of shaking to get any volume, by which time I had lost much definition. I would use it again if it's all I had! It wasn't bad, and neither was the price.
Medium texture, with some fine. Colored. High porosity, high density. 3b/3c; multicultural.

I used the shampoo, conditioner (as a R/O) and cream-gel for 2 weeks on a vacation to a temperate climate (low humidity, temps in the 60-70s). Peace rose oil got me through the trip, but I didn't love it/wouldn't buy it again. My hair was meh, even on a good day. Kinda flat, no clumps, just nothing special. Not so bad that I tried to find a pharmacy to replace everything! Just, blah. I've had better luck with the superfruit line + gel from ecostyler, or my current favorite - Camille Rose Curl Maker. I should've just pumped some of that into an empty travel container, oh well!

starting from scratch on products, Living Proof "Timeless" was a disaster (crispy dry after 6 mos)
