liquidy gel?

Please recommend a great liquidy gel for fine, 3a/b curls. I used to LOVE Bioterra gel in the cool weather, but sadly the formula seems to include a lot more protein, and it has lost its magic.
Thank you!

not a gel exactly, more like finishing product. it is a liquid consistency and can be used in place of a gel -- cj curls in a bottle.

    3a, some 2c & 3b, medium texture, porosity normal, low elasticity :-(

Aveda Confixor is a liquid gel. It has proteins in it, too, though. The wheat protein in particular seems not to agree with my hair. I second CIAB, but I use it as a finisher. I doesn't perform well alone for me.
4a / 3c fine texture, low and normal porosity

Bioterra was my go to gel and I've not find anything else. When did they reformulate it to have so much protein?

I would love to find something comparable, just without the protein. I did see an older post where someone stated that volumax (not the mega) didn't have protein. I think that I liked that gel before, but want thrilled my the smell. I may pick it up and try it again though.

I use the Beautiful Curls Gel for Wavy to Curly Hair, but they also have a version for Curly to Kinky, which I haven't tried. The consistency is quite watery and a little slimy, and it has perhaps a medium hold. I don't think it has any protein. It's the gel I use when the dewpoints are low.

I absolutely LOVE Batia and Aleeza gel. It has amazing slip, no glycerin, only 1/ water soluble silicone, super liquidy, but a little bit goes a long way. Plus its in a huge bottle. It does cost $19.99, but the bottle lasts me a year.
