Aubrey Organics...might need an alternative

Question for all of you ingredient gurus.

I've recently begun to think my hair is protein sensitive. I was using the AO Honeysuckle Rose conditioner which my hair seemed to like but I wasn't too excited about the texture (it didn't give me the slip that I like for detangling) or the smell. My understanding was that the AO Honeysuckle Rose doesn't have much protein in it, if any. I've now been using the AO Island Naturals and I love the amount of slip I get (great for detangling) plus the smell is good but I'm noticing more frizzing and I'm guessing that's because of the protein in it. I'm sure it doesn't help that I use GDLI which to my understanding has plenty of protein. I think I can handle protein but not in multiple products....any suggestions for a good protein free conditioner to be used as a co-wash/detangler?
