Apply pomade before or after gel?

My routine is leave in, then Oyin burnt sugar pomade then gel, it's been leaving my hair fairly moisturized and defined but still some dryness and frizz. Should I do the pomade last? Any other tips to keep moisture in my hair ? Thanks !

I do any kind of pomade on dry or nearly dry hair or dampened hair. Depending on the effect I want.

Hmm, I always put pomade on before gel, because I want it to hold in all the moisture. So I'm not much help! I am struggling with dryness and frizz too and have no suggestions. :(
