But I am having such a great experience right now I have to talk about it lol.
ok so I have very porous afro cottony hair. So for the second time I put coconut oil on dry hair last night and left it on overnight about 12 hrs. I used a new shampoo "Argan Oil Shampoo, Sulfate Free, 8 oz. - With Argan, Jojoba, Avocado, Almond, Peach Kernel, Camellia Seed, and Keratin" and then a new conditioner "Argan Oil Hair Mask, 8 oz. Hair Treatment Therapy, Deep Conditioner for Damaged & Dry Hair"
I finished up with about a quarter size amount of plain old drug store castor oil. I stand under the shower as I apply it so that I can evenly coat my hair. I usually do this because it leaves my hair soft and not oily but I have to put in a leave-in, but it's never been this soft.
My hair feels amazing, I am still waiting for it to air dry but so far it is soooooo soft. I didn't even put a leave-in in. I don't know if it was the conditioner, the shampoo, or a combination of everything but OMG!!!

I am going to continue to experiment because I bought 2 other new conditioners that I have to try but I had to tell somebody lol.
