    Reading around on the forums, many people have mentions the size of the proteins. If the proteins are too big they will not penetrate the hair shaft. From what I understand, the ones in food like eggs, etc might be too big. Many swear by the gelatin PT. I always use Aphogee 2 Step from Sally's.

    interesting.
    I was gonna add Braggs amino acids to it since it's said to be small enough to penetrate.

    I have low porosity hair, and it doesn't like a lot of protein. Once I used Greek yogurt in my hair, and it made my hair stiff and crunchy, meaning that it gave me protein overload.
