How to wash my hair everyday?

So, I have naturally thin, fine 3A hair. It get's greasy after one day of washing and I hate it. I've tried only washing it once a week to regulate my oil glands buuuuut that didn't work out for me. So I'm planning on washing my hair everyday, but I wanna go about it safely. I don't want to dry it out or anything :( Any ideas?

I cleanse almost daily and my hair is in great shape. I just make sure to use the mildest cleanser I can get away with each time. Most of the time that means using a cleansing conditioner, but I also rotate in a sulfate-free shampoo and even a gentle sulfate shampoo as needed.

I wash my hair practically every day (I generally have one day a week where I don't wash my hair - my rest day from exercise) otherwise I get horrible scalp breakouts / seborrheic dermatitis. I'm told I have very healthy hair! Shiny and not damaged.

I use very gentle "low poos" every other day - i.e. shampoos that are sulphate-free and that have gentle surfectants. My favourite is Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat - the tea tree really helps keep my scalp clear. I also like Jessicurl Gentle Lather shampoo.

In between shampoos, I co-wash (so every other day as well). I like using Tresemme Naturals or Tresemme Perfectly Undone conditioners for this, because they are inexpensive so I can use a lot, and my hair seems to do well with them.

I think that as long as you don't use harsh shampoos - either those with sulphates, or those that are strongly clarifying - on a daily basis, then it is okay to wash daily. Just make sure you use a gentle shampoo or a co-wash.

I wash my hair with a low poo every other day, sometimes I'll do it more often if I'm going out and it's misbehaving. Doesn't seem to be causing any problems, I think my hair's generally in pretty good condition.

you can make your own gentler-kinder shampoo from all-natural cleansing products with less-than-10-total-ingredients like:

    1. Natural Way Liquid Castile Soap
    2. Kirk's Coco-Castile Fragrance Free Soap (only has 5 ingredients)

both of these items can be found on Amazon.

    HTH!
'Poo: Aubrey Organics or Suave Clarifying
or Liquid African Black Soap (only 4-ingredients ; awesome!)
Co-Wash: Aubrey Organics or Suave Condish
Condish: Aubrey Organics or Onion Mask or Yogurt
DT: Honey + Olive Oil + AO Condish or Yogurt mix

Best Gel Combo, Ever!: Elasta Qp Feels Like Silk Liquid Gel +/under Eco Styler [Krystal, Brown] Gel (or under Wetline Extreme Styling Gel)- awesome!!

I love washing my hair daily. But I would never detangle it everyday. I don’t want this routine affecting my length retention.

    Does detangling cause breakage?

I wash my hair way more now that I wear my hair naturally curly than when I straightened it.  I was only washing once a week prior.    Now I wash every day to every three days.  It really just depends on how my curls look.  I tried to tell myself I should hold off and not wash often, but then I finally asked myself  "why should I live a day with hair I can't stand looking at and touching because rules say I shouldn't wash often?"
