Blue Duchess Activator Gel

I picked this up at Family Dollar for a dollar. I like green Eco but I have to rotate it bc of the protein and issues. I likehow Blue Duchess Activator Gel for extra dry hair no wheat protein no glycerin. I used to use Smoothand Shine and it stopped working for my hair.

Pros-light hold, cheap, I get bigger fuller hair because not as weighed down like real gel.
I lovebig hair

Cons - activator gels seem to take longer to dry and I'm already low porosiity. washed my hair about 2 pm yesterday and stlldamp at roots some places. Also like activator gels, it s sticky until it dries.

Overall my hair looks amazing. I'm going to try using less product to see if that helps with drying time since I did air dry. Very soft. nice sheen. moisturized even in summer. I will seehow it refrehes later in the week. Can't beat the price although jar is small for my thick hair.
Yes, it's real. No, you can't touch it. :wav:

Huh. I was looking around web for ingredients. I don't even see this for sale anywhere. Hard to find an eco styler type gel without protein and glycerin! Is this sold anywhere else?

I actually tried this product quite some time ago, while cruising in one of my local Family Dollar Stores. I got good results from it, however, the smell started to get to me after a while.

Well, i certainly do hope that you continue getting good results with it!

I noticed when I put my nose in the jar the smell is a bit mucj,h but I don't smell it in my hair. cream of Nature on the other hand the smell never lifted up.

My third day hair was not so great and had to do a bun. I'm not discouraged though since 3rd day is rare for me in the summer and 4th day is a fairly tale all year long. will be washing tonight. :blob2:
