No CG Stylist near me?!?

I have just recently went CG. My hair is 2c/3a. I live in a very small town and the nearest curly friendly salon is 2 hours away. My hair is in need of a good trim. What should I do?

if you notice any haircuts that you like, ask where they get their hair cut. you just need a good stylist who will LISTEN and try to understand curly hair.

or, you can make the 2 hour drive. sometimes with traffic it takes me 2 hours each way.

    3a, some 2c & 3b, medium texture, porosity normal, low elasticity :-(

Could go to the nearest big city for a salon.Make a holiday out of it. Check out where curls come to life for a list of curly hair salons.

You could drive the 2 hours, and get more than a small trim each time so you don't have to go back for several months.

I would definitely check the salon finder tab on here and on the Devacurl website before ruling out any salons closer to you. :)

Thanks for all the comments! I've just used the salon finder and the closest one is 1.5 hours away. The salon has a 5 star rating also. I may just have to save up and make a day of it all.:p
