Leave-in and gel flakes! Help!

Hi ladies,

I'm experimenting with the wash and go again. I'm using Edens leave-in conditioner, olive oil, then Ecostyler Argan oil gel. I'm getting flakes.

Should I switch gels or leave-in?

What gels go well with Edens leave-in?

What leave-ins go well with Ecostyler Argan oil gel?

Please help! Thanks!

People ask me about Ecostyler all the time when I'm in Sally's and I tell them it's a good gel but it's very particular. Wrong combo is a big mess. I use it with Tresemme and shea moisture milk no problems with flaking. But Jane Carter creamy leave in was a disaster
Yes, it's real. No, you can't touch it. :wav:

    I like flaxseed gel
I add a tablspoon of honey for extra moisture.
I also add peppermint oil too.
Takes about 10 mins to make and lasts about 3 weeks

Thanks Afromuffin! Yes, I'm going have to make some more for myself. I also realized that Ecostyler has hydrolyzed wheat protein which is a no-no for my hair. I'll be making a batch of flaxseed gel this weekend. I like the idea of adding honey; my hair loves it when deep condition with it.
