Light CG drugstore conditioner

Please recommend a CG drugstore conditioner for 2b/c hair. My hair is coarse, medium density and dyed. (The only time I will use a sulfate shampoo is after dyeing it because I must be sure of getting rid of all the dye).

I am attempting to go full out cg this summer and my usual conditioner is full of cones. I'm excited to be doing this and appreciate the help!
2/c Coarse hair med. density.
Highly porous. Color over grey.
I love all the Curl Junkie products. Still experimenting with gels and curl creams. Still hoping for 2nd day hair....

I would say try Vo5 first- cheap, light & available in most stores. Giovanni is another popular choice.

I very much like Trésemme Perfectly Undone conditioner. Very light, lot of slip.

cp -- i remember you used to use curl rehab -- that makes a great leave in, and it is not heavy.

    3a, some 2c & 3b, medium texture, porosity normal, low elasticity :-(

Thank you Curlybee. I actually like VO5 the old style pomade in a tube - but of course, it's not cg. I think it's a good product, though.

    Chupie - that's what I want - slip!

Catitude, cheap - that's also what I want (LOL).

Chupie, I use Rehab every single time I shampoo, but I don't use it as a leave-in. Can I just assume it's sufficient as a conditioner?

    Thanks to all for responding!

I also suggest the Tresemme conditioner 😌 If you can't find the Perfectly Undone one like I sometimes can't, see if you can find any of the natural ones, they should list no silicone on the front of the package. I find them all pretty similar in terms of slip, moisturising and end results. If you're in the UK Superdrug sells them the cheapest, usually 2 for £6 or sometimes £2.50 each.

Low Shampoo: Aveda Be Curly Shampoo
Conditioner: Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture/ Perfectly Undone
Treatments: SM Black Castor Oil Masque/ Packet Gelatine
Leave in: Redken Diamond Oil Conditioner
Styling: AG Recoil Curl Activator/V05 Mega Hold/Cornstarch
Refresh: Redken Fresh Curls Curl Boost

Between Waist and Hip Length (stretched), 2C with 2B roots

I second the bolded. I love Perfectly Undone!

Other light conditioners would be Suave, VO5 etc. Those are too light for me, but they might work for you.
