Wetline Extreme Gel, although I see some pros and cons to the gel I do like it overall. I'm going to alternate it with my Ecostyler Olive Oil and I try to reduce the amount of protein I use in my hair. It gives me a wash and go look, and the crunch wasn't unbearable. However, my hair felt sticky until it completely dried and I didn't feel like I could easily just spritz and convert the style the second day like I can with Ecostyler.

Obia Moisture Cream
I received this awhile back at a hair meetup but didn't try it until recently. I really like it. I used to use butters on my ends to ward off ssk but this and another moisture cream I have is more effective. I don't get the number of ssks that I once did. I will def be using moisture creams from now on.

Miss
Tangle Teaser. I have had this for awhile but haven't really been using it. I did and realized why. It rips my hair out.

Coco Amo leave in. I didn't actually use this stuff. It was given to me at hair meetup and I was about to use it but the sample didn't have the ingredients. I decided to look it up and it's got dimethicone. My hair HATES dimethicone.Definitely look up these product sample ingredients because I've been burned before.

Hard Candy Eyeliner. Far too hard a pencil to get any product results.

What did you dislike about the SM shampoos? I have the rentention and I'm using it as afacial wash. I don't hate it on my hair if I use it as a midweek cleanse mixed with my conditioner like a cowash but otherwise it's a no. The Hibiscus shampoo I didn't like at all.

I like the the manuka honey shampoo. The castor oil not so much. The manuka honey was more moisturizing than the castor oil for my hair.

How's the scent on the Jamaican? I keep sneaking looks at it every week at Wal-Mart.

It's hard to describe, but I definitely don't like it. I mean, it's tolerable, but I would have preferred if it had a nice fragrance. Maybe it's the castor oil in it? Idk

Hit Hit Hit - Kimmaytube leave in

I used to use the mixture all the time.Recently I tried to go back to FSG but it hasn't been working well for me. Then I remembered I used it with kimmay recipe so I made some and I used it the fsg and my hair is wonderfully moisturized. I don't make mine exactly like Kimmay so keep in mind you can tewak it.

Awwww man! Those were two lines from SheaMoisture (Castor Oil and Honey lines) I wanted to try. I was just about to order on ebay. Maybe I will wait until I get back to the States.

There is always a bogo on Shea Moisture somewhere so probably cheaper to wait I just saw their new professional line at Sallys but I have learned the hard way my hair doesn't like SM moisture. it's too much coconut oil combined with protein I think is the problem. so I'm done trying them out unless maybe given to me. I think the JBCO line is geared toward people who do a lot of heat styling. It's a lot of protein so may be beneficial for relaxed heads too.

    - Stop using baking soda for clarifying
    - Shea Moisture Castor Oil Edge Treatment (I use this to 'grease' my scalp and my edges, smells like candy to me)
