As I Am Co-wash? CG friendly??

Has anyone tried this co-wash? Is this cg friendly? thanks!

    Yeah it's CG. I tried it aaaages ago snf remember having mixed feelings. I think I might just try it again soon to use up the pot that's been in my cupboard for months

    A lot curlies on the board use this. It can be heavy if you are prone to hair that is weighed down, but it's ultra moisturizing and feels great! Now that I'm out of a hard water area, I think I might want to try this again too when I use up my current cowash.
