Losing weight w/Hypothyroidism
I cannot wait for my levels to get back to normal so my metabolism will start working. I workout 3 times a week. My diet has never been better than it is now but I still cannot lose weight. I read that a person with hypothyroidism has to work out twice as long as the average person if they want to lose weight. WHAT?!?!? I've only been on the medication for 11 days and I know I'm being unrealistic. I just needed to vent.
I am being more consistent with logging my foods on myfitnesspal and now that the time has changed I can walk/run outdoors after work. Any other suggestions? Can anyone relate?

Also, just to clarify, my frustration isn't about not losing weight in the last 11 days. I've been trying to lose just 5 lbs in the last year and it's not budging. My ultimate goal is to lose 10 lbs total but I thought I would start small.
