Hello ladies,
I am 29 years old and a mediterreannen. My hair is coarse, wayy and extremely frizzy and kind of hard yes hard!.. I am srtugling with my hait almost for 10 years.i have never dyed my hair but i straighten it with blow dryer. 2 years ago i started to have keratin treatments. It made a good improvement, but after stopping the treatment after two years (i was
doing it regularly) i had a setback... my last treatment was 6 months ago. Here my hair care regimen... where i am doing wrong.
1. I use sls free shampoo
2. I use leave in conditioner and heat protectant before straigten my hair
3. I do oil treatment
4. I do proteinmask
This is my hair in the attachment .i have a wedding in april. Unfortunately i have sticked these dead split ends. Should i cut ? How much should i cut. This situation is really bothering me and i dont know what to do... i know i should not straighten my hair, but i have to...

Sorry, but I honestly think you're going to have to cut a few inches off, I don't think there's much else you can do with your ends being so uneven. Is it snapping off? I straightened mine for about 18 months and stopped because it just started breaking. I still straighten occasionally but my hair just can't take regular straightening, I'm not sure anyone's can.
Do you use a regular rinse out conditioner or a moisturising treatment? You don't mention either and I think your hair would definitely be missing some moisture.

You might want to cut back on protein treatments or at least pair them with a moisture treatment.
