Hi there and welcome to nc.com!

You look like a 2B to me. Have you read the Curly Girl book by Lorraine Massey? That's the first thing we usually recommend to newbies. Have you tried using conditioner to wash with and maybe only shampoo every few days (or longer)? Ditching the shampoo or using it less frequently can alot of times bring out the hidden curl in our hair. It also takes a little time for the hair to adjust to being washed with conditioner.

The other products you're using are favorites around here. Some other inexpensive stuff you may want to try is L'Oreal Out of Bed (cream gel) or Herbal Essence Totally Twisted. Those tend to help the hair curl up more and add some volume.

Hopefully some other curlies will stop by and offer suggestions. Check out the forums just for us "2's" also :).
