how would you categorize this type of hair? pic included

blonde-frizz-650x450.jpg

this was included in a recent article on the NC website and i would like to know how you would categorize her hair? what type?

this is the only picture i have ever found that so closely resembles my own curls! there are spirals and waves but the circumference is very small and it looks deceiving!

Looks exactly like my hair! Surely a 3b, the curls don't look larger than sharpie size to me.

that looks like a loose/slightly stretched out 3b to me. Waves aren't typically that close together.

I would also vote for 3b. They're a little too tightly together for 2C or 3A.

It does look like a stretched out 3B. Dried this way, with stretched curl it winds up looking like 3a. Very pretty!
