Need some advice on these curls...

Hi! I've been away too long and need to get back on track.... a few years ago I started the CG method. During summer, everything looked great! Loved my cut, loved how soft my hair was... then fall hit and the frizz came back... winter and I just was too cold to let my hair air dry. So back to straightening. (I know, shame on me!!) The Deva stylist I was going to went on vacation, then it just got to be too far to drive (over an hour to her salon) for cuts. After a few new stylists, far too many different products and loss of about 6 inches (and bangs!!!! :sad1:) I need an intervention!!

Here is me - currently a 2a/b (once upon a time a 3b) with horribly dry halo and lack luster curls. The left side of my face has spirals at the root and beach waves at the bottom.

L'oreal Sulfate Free shampoo and conditioner. i find my hair is frizzier when I use the conditioner... it's soft and manageable after the washing, I typically leave it there. With some Aveda Brilliance on the ends and Aussie Scrunch mousse throughout, I still have a crazy halo on the top (mainly left side).

Help! I'll take advice, scolding, whatever!! HA. Just please help.
Thank you!

I can't see the pics but for me once the summer high dewpoints go away (I don't know where you live) I need to DT like crazy. I also cannot go as long between washes or I dry out.

Deep condition treatment. My winter go to is Wondercurl hair restoring treatment but she's out right now. You can try hair a Rich rinse out conditioner. Wrap it and sit under a hair dryer or use your blow dryer for heat. You can try coconut oil the night before a wash too. There are lots of good ones out there. Curl Junkienhas a lot or if you have a sallys try the As I Am one.
