Hi, a month ago i cut my hair and now i regret it so much. My hair is naturally dark brown and i have never dyed it in my life. This summer i had henna in my hair and my hair turned out so beautiful. It was a dark red color and it was curly and long. But i have a problem i am always insecure about my hair and i cant leave my hair alone. I chopped it off and thought it would be easier to handle and it would look better. I am never happy with my hair,so i cut it. And i hate myself for that. i want it to grow do you have any tips? thank you!!!!:sad10::sad10::sad10::sad10::sad10::sad10:

I just came across the inversion growth method which if it works may be the quickest solution ever.

Claims to grow hair an inch a week.

You bend over so your head is upside down and massage warm oil into your scalp for 4 minutes every day.

I'm putting it to the test.

Anyone else had success with this or is it all a load of yap?

So I tried and tested this inversion method that they are raving on about on blogs and youtube, the result is... it did nothing for me.
So either everyone is lying or exaggerating about great results, or it just doesn't work for everybody.

An inch in a week? I don't think that is very plausible realistic hair growth goal. Even people with a fast growth rate need a month for an inch.
Yes, it's real. No, you can't touch it. :wav:

Yep, that's what many people are claiming. I knew it wasn't quite realistic, but with all the raving I thought it would at least have a little affect on growth, turns out it had none.

As of right now, I am taking Spring Valley Hair,Skin, and Nails. You have to take them three times a day, daily. Once a week, I oil my scalp but I seal my ends everyday with a combination of grape seed, extra virgin olive oil, and canola oil. I also apply leave in conditioner daily. After y hair is 80℅ dry, I apply a coconut serum. At night , I don't wrap my hair but I do take one biotin pill before bed. I do the inversion method one week a month. It may seem crazy but I went from a good 6 inches on a piece of my hair to 8 inches in one month. I was SL. (shoulder) I am now BSL heading to MBL.

My neice who had been highlighting my hair left the bleach on a little too long and it fried my hair! This was about 6 months ago. I was horrified and it was also the first moment in my life that I was sad that what she did actually straightened sections of my hair. I thought up to that point that maybe it was time for a change. Maybe I should now just go straight. Well, this little episode made me realize that I actually LOVE my curls.

When she burned my hair she needed to color it back to brown and cut off the burned parts. This caused me great stress because up until that point I was growing my hair out and it was a little past the shoulders.

When she cut it it went short. Not boy short, but short that I cried.
Needless to say she is no longer aloud to touch or even LOOK at my hair!

It has recovered pretty well, with lots of K-Pak treatments and Coconut Oil that I leave in with my styling product.

I feel all of our pain trying to grow out, I am right there with you!

It is now touching my shoulders (when wet) just a little above when dry.

The sun makes my hair grow faster so with Spring upon us maybe we will all get the boost me need!

    -Sunny
