    Well, I'm from the Netherlands as well and I'm experiencing the same thing.

    I noticed that my hair does better with so called high frizz factor dews that the so called "good" moderate dews. It has more to do with climate than just dew points.

    2b-3a med-fine low porosity

    Using dew points to try to predict how my hair would behave was a waste of time for me. I look at the temp and the humidity.
    2C/3A, fine, higher porosity.
