Alcohol from certified organic agriculture?

Hi! Can somebody explain to me what does "Alcohol from certified organic agriculture?" mean?

It is found in the ingredient list of Alverde conditioners(german brand of natural cosmetics)
Here is the full list > Aqua, Alcohol*, Cetearyl Alcohol, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Glycerin, Glycine Soja Oil*, Myristyl Alcohol, Caprylic/ Capric Triglyceride, Sodium Lactate, Hibiscus Sabdariffa Flower Extract*, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice*, Lauroyl Sarcosine, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Parfum**, Linalool**, Geraniol**, Limonene**, Citral**
* ingredients from certified organic agriculture ** from natural essential oils

Is it a drying alcohol?

I live in Serbia (Eastern Europe) and I really strugle to find good products for curly hair :(

Thanks for the help :)

It just means it's organic. Yes, just plain alcohol is drying to the hair. Organic just makes it sound better.

You have to be quite careful with things being certified as 'natural' or whatever. Some companies asterisk harsh chemicals as 'coconut derived' leading you to believe they're more natural and less damaging than they actually are.

Yes it's so disappointing I thought I finally found something good but was alarmed but the alcohol in it.

Glad I had somewhere to ask around about it ;)

Sometimes alcohol is used as a preservative. It's pretty stupid how they try to market stuff sometimes by labeling it organic or natural. Not everything organic or natural is good for you.
