Hello! Thank goodness I have found you all!! I have been looking at the site for a few days and have already found great tips. Wish I would have known about you 30 years ago! LOL!! 
Just got my waist length hair cut to mid fore-arm length - garnering tips & confidence from all the great posts I had read - and love my hair. It curled up a LOT though and I am getting used to looking at myself and knowing how to deal with even curlier hair now. Bought my first blowdryer w/ diffuser for lift on top. Had to have my stylist show me what to do & how to use. (Severe appliance novice here) If I can figure out how, I will post a couple pics to a site & link it later.
:?: My question - how do you form thicker curls? Mine automatically form thin ones, especially after working styling products in. How do you get the stuff into your hair without breacking up your curls?? :?
