Dry and sticky hair

I'm on second day hair and it's super dry and I can't really run my fingers through my roots because they are like...sticky!?
I try to spray a mixture of half filtered water and half conditioner. Onto my hair to hydrate and refresh but it felt hard and crispy after it dried.
I'm just not sure what to do. My hair has used to be over conditioned easily and now it's the exact opposite. It's dry and course from dying it.
Please help me lol.

I have been using suave naturals to cowashed, and I style with tresseme climate control mouse and a little bit of garnier sleek and shine leave in cream.
I wonder if it's the mousse?

I don't have a lot of experience with mousse, but it does seem like that could be the issue. Have you trid investing in gels?

In any case, I'd clarify, deep condition and then see if that makes a difference.

What are you using for wash out and leave in conditioners? Curly hair tends to need more conditioning, as does dyed (overly porous) hair. Styler only will often go crunchy and dry out hair, conditioner is what keeps it soft, flexible and holding the right amount of water.

I suspect you are using silicones and/ or waxes, these can build up and sometimes people confuse this with over conditioning. You might be best clarifying then doing an intensive conditioning session.

Proven beneficial ingredients for colour treated hair include coconut oil, hydrolysed protein, ceramide, 18-MEA and panthenol. A 'true' conditioner is rich in the major emollients (fatty alcohols/ cationic surfactants).
2a-2c, medium texture, porous/ colour treated. Three years CG. Past bra strap length heading for waist.

CO-wash: Inecto coconut/ Elvive Volume Collagen
Treatments: Komaza Care Matani, coconut/ sweet almond/ fractionated coconut oils, Hairveda Sitrinillah
Leave in: Fructis Sleek & Shine (old), Gliss Ultimate Volume, various Elvive
Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Au Naturale styling gelee
Flour sack towel, pixie diffuse or air dry.
    Experimenting with: benign neglect

As of right now I have a bottle of U R. Curly gel. The humidity has been crazy here so I switched to the climate control mousse. I might just go back to that.

I ran out of rinse out conditioner that it silicone free. I was using the U R Curly conditioner but that made my hair very tangled. I'm not sure what to use as a rinse out that is CG.
The garnier leave in has an A-cone in it but it was working very well until now.
I will clarify and deep condition with my Shea moisture mask today and maybe skip the mousse and use the gel instead.
