What's my hair type? 2a or 2b?

Hi!! I'm new here and I'm not used to this site.
I was thinking that a great place to start would be to figure out my hair type. I've attached some pictures.
My hair routine is herbal essence tousle me softly (shampoo, conditioner, creme) and john frieda frizz ease original serum.
I let my hair air dry and i scrunch the creme and cover my hair with the serum.
I'm going to start the curly girl method soon but a concern would be how fast my hair gets oily (usually on the second day i have to use dry shampoo).
I hope im doing this right!! Any tips are welcome!! :D

Wavy s'wavy. Probably mostly 2a, but a lot of times when people take out the silcones they get more bounce. I'd say a majority of we lesser wavies low poo at least every other wash. I can no poo (use a product with something like coco betaine in it) but my hair (at my age) is a lot drier. HOwever, if I cowash, it just looks icky. I canNOT get it all out. Generally s'wavy hair does not do as well with cowashing alone. It weighs down our hair. I think you are doing a great job and honestly you are getting a lot of definition for those products. Will be very interested to see what you get cg method. Another great product you might like is making your own flax seed gel.

I see some spirally pieces mainly in the front 2a-2c, I think you have all of them in there really. Your hair really looks very nice and clumpy here already for not have started CG yet! :) Usually I keep saying that most people experience a lot of change when they figure out their hair properties and what works for them, but you seem to have a whole lot of things going for you already. Will be interesting to see how your hair will evolve. :) Welcome and good luck!

    thank you so much guys!!
I recently bought silicone free shampoo and conditioner and some naturally clear gel. I used the shampoo and conditioner on my first wash and put the gel in on wet hair on more when it was dry. The result was the first picture.
Today I co-washed for the first time ever(2nd picture)!! My hair came out really nice and soft and i got a few compliments!

I am a 2a... Can be a bit of 2b when I work more at it. You're hair has such nice definition and lays beautifully!
