Does your hair color contain silicones?

If so, do you do anything to remove them after coloring like use a sulfate poo or is a low poo sufficient?

When you dye your hair you need to delay washing it or even getting it wet particularly if the dye is a red shade.

Also most hair dyes don't tend to contain cones but some of the conditioners may do.

I just bought a cheap brand and noticed it has a 'cone but I'm not the least bit concerned because one single use is not going to affect my hair. Of course, I can't presume that yours is equally indifferent to a bit of 'cone (that will wear out all by itself after a couple of weeks at most).

I'm sure that the COs that come in most kits contain 'cones but I've used them in the past with no remorse either.

My dye doesn't but the conditioner does. I simply use my own protein rich silicone free conditioner.

For some that cowash, or even using a gentler sulfate free shampoo, they MIGHT build up. Each head is different. Many cgers have no problem washing some of them off or all of them with cowashing. For mine it scared me when I had build up but only because I didn't know how to fix it or how to realize it beforehand.
