    Misses:
    1. I bought tresemme naturals conditioner. It cleans well but I can't stand the smell. Waste of money. Luckily it was cheap. Sorry I cheated on my staple as I am cowash. Will go back to that when I use that up.

    2. Coconut oil. I love how it works on my skin but it gives me migraines. It doesn't work for my hair. Some say it works well for frizz control but not for me. Won't repurchase.

I was still thinking it was May lol
I went back to two old friends and turned a previous foe into a friend.

Hit - New version of Ecostyler at least for first day hair. will report on second day. old formula was a miss.

Hit - Smooth and Shine curl activator. I used to use this a lot. Very moisturizing but the drying time made it a pain when my hair become longer. Since my hair is having fits I used this in conjunction with a li and made sure I got all down to the roots. I have heard people say don't condition the roots but mine get dry. . Much much better. I made smaller twists and sat under dryer so was dry this morningm

Hit YTC conditioner. Also a throwback. Worked great in moisturizing but I thought TN was just as good for the cheaper price. Not the new TN for the summer humidity.

Hit: Went back to an old favorite, Creme of Nature's Argan Oil Shampoo. The ONLY shampoo that doesn't strip my hair regardless of pre or post conditioning treatments.
Shea Moisture's Deep Treatment Masque (yellow jar). Finally tried it as a leave-in mousturizer and I can't believe I hadn't tried it sooner.

Miss: As I Am Coconut Cowash. It felt so moisturizing going on my wet hair but the minute my hair began to dry, it felt rough and dry.

Hit Hit Hit - detangling with a paddle brush. I saw someone on the boards say it worked for them and saw someone use it on YT. I had tried it before with a cheapy dollar store one that sucked. But this time I used real deal name brand and it was awesome. I used it on wet hair with a slipper conditioner. staryrd at the ends and went up. When I smoothed my product later with a denman I was able to start at root and glide down like butta because of how well paddle brush worked. I did have to break out my wide tooth for my crown which is extra dry tangle prone but that's it. Was really quick . I have a drawr full of combs brushes from Tangle teaser to Oidad double and paddle the besy.

Yes, I was scared at first to detangle with a paddle brush but they are the truth!

My name is Ad and I'm a product junkie.

Hit - Paul Mitchell the conditioner. I follow Mahogany so not sure why it took me so long to try it. I probably shouldn't have being it was a first try but I mixed it up like Kimmay leave in. My hair felt so moisturized all day.. I kept touching it.

Hit - SM restorative shampoo. I bought this in BOGO intending to use as a gift. I figured I wouldn't like it because I didn't like Hibiscus shampoo. But after two uses I can say my hair felt clean but not overly dry.

Miss - the thought of how long it's going to take me to use up this huge jar of SM soufflé

MahoganyCurls has used Paul Mitchell the Conditioner for so long, and it just makes here curls come alive along with Ecostyler gel which is another product that she uses a lot too. I had tried Paul Mitchell the Conditioner a long time ago, and I actually bought it back to the salon for a refund. As it was all that I was using to style my curls with. Duh! I now realize that this is designed to be a leave in and not a stand alone styler. I may definitely give it a try again, as the Salon in my local Walmart sells. I have also heard that the GVP version that they sell at Sally's of acts just the same.

I'm glad to hear that it has become a new hit for you! Now I am hoping that it will become a new hit for me too!

Ive got lots of Hits lol..

Aloe Life Skin Gel - bought this for my face cause its super pure & naturally thickened.. no go. Went to use it up on my hair thinking it would give me a light hold like other brands & this stuff has hard hold! Slicks my buns like ecostyler.. only con is it flakes when you comb it out, but this is close enough to my KMFUMG for me to be satisfied.

Cocoa Butter Hair "Balm" ... basically my oil blend with a little bit of cocoa butter added. All ive been using is that on my naked hair and aloe gel to set it & I got consistently good hair. I ran out and used a diff oil after using that for so long and I can tell the difference.

spritzing & sealing with grease (ultra sheen).. to maintain my hair throughout the week. Ive had this jar around forever, finally used it and got the best moisture retention AND shine. However im over the scent, when its time to wash my hair gets that familiar "dirty greasy hair" smell.. gonna pick up some african pride & see how I like it instead.

Trader Joes Tea Tree Tingle shampoo - as my weekly shampoo, I realized my ends were getting dry as a result of buildup. I love my bobeam but this was the change I needed. Definitely necessary to wash that grease out.

Last Hit - avocado on my hot dog, ive eaten 5 in the past two days ^.^

She said she washes her hair every three days like I do except when she uses this she gets 4 or 5. I was hoping for the same but go.

Hits - hello hydration and totally twisted(perfect slip and moisture softness I am using them as a leave in too)

as i am cleansing pudding(gently cleanses moisturizes detangles)

bee mine deep moisturizing conditioner(soft moisturized hair)

curly cue renew moisturing deep conditioner (soft hair and some slip)

bridgeo protein deep conditioner(soft but strong hair and reduced breakage after only one use)

soultanicals knot butta( gave a soft hold for my two strand twist and locks in moisture)

So far my hair loves all of miss jessies products still have to try more of her products kinda expensive.

Knot today gives me moisture but not enough slip its okay...I mix it with miss jessies buttercream soft hair forever!! :) just need more slip to help prevent breakage when I detangle.

Alter ego garlic treatment gives me strong moisturized hair still testing to see if it will help with shedding.

Misses - All of soultanicals products except the knot butta knot sauce amazing slip NO MOISTURE!! Dried my hair out same thing with the kink drink and mango detangler etc SMT NEVER BUY AGAIN! HATE IT!

Jessicurl HATE HATE IT EVERYTHING SUCKED the shampoo dried my hair out. The leave ins and deep conditioner did NOTHING AT ALL for my hair. The spritz did nothing at all for my hair worse product line no moisture no slip just awful. If somebody gave me any of her products I would throw it at them!!

BEEMINE HITS AND MISSES- deep conditioner was okay and the leave ins they all give moisture but no slip. I hate their shampoo it was stripping and their
spritz did nothing for my hair so far these are the only products that I hate from their hair line. Everything else is okay.

Elucence volume clarifying shampoo - burn in hades! OMG just horrible too drying as I was trying to rinse it out my hair... pop my hair out. DO NOT BUY!!

Biolage Exquisite Oil Shampoo and Conditioner. I got both of these 50% off on clearance from a JCPenney salon due to change in packaging. Love the slip and moisture these products provide. Surprised that conditioner worked best for me as a rinse out condish opposed to leaving it in, which is a first for me. Not big on shampoo. I shampoo once or twice a month and it us basically what I expect from a shampoo. It left hair clean and soft, not stripped.

Bobeam Cocoa and Rhassoul Clay Bar - LaQuita has such great products. Hair felt super soft, clean and my curls were really defined after using this bar. Her prices can't be beat.

Bobeam Condish (Lavender) - New Bobeam product which I love, love, love! Great deep condish as well as a leave-in. It provides the perfect moisture and volume (fine hair) for my summer wash and gos. Can't wait until other new conditioners are stocked.
Hair Type: 4a/b dense, fine, coily hair. Natural 13 years.

Staples: Matrix Biolage Exquisite Oil S & C, aloe vera, almond oil mix, black soap shampoo and bentonite clay.
