I use a Roku and also connect my tablet to my TV. The former works much better than the latter though.

How do you stream and watch your movies/TV shows?

My boyfriend has an xbox live membership, so we use the xbox to stream Netflix to the tv. We got my parents a smart box for their tv for Christmas, the Google cube I think it was called? And they use that to watch Netflix. I'm in Canada, so I don't think we have access to the other streaming options here.

I use Netflix. My blue ray player has wifi capabilities, but I can't seem to get it connected to the wifi. I'm sharing with a neighbor and I have guest access. Not really sure why it won't connect, but it is a Sony so there's that. In any case, it had streaming program called Crackle, which was free and had movies.

I use Amazon and Netflix via a Roku. At some point I'd like to get a Chromecast so I can stream my Google content from the Playstore and Youtube.

For those who use a Roku, which model do you have? I am thinking about buying a second one. The refurbished ones are a great price but I am hesitant to buy one because they only have a 90 day warranty. Have you ever bought a refurbished Roku?

If I had it to do all over again, I'm not sure I would go Roku again. you can't stream directly from the internet and with no cable, this is where I get a lot of my shows

I'm not sure what model i have or how much it was. It was a gift. i can check when i get home

If you do add redox subscription will you come back and let me know if you think it's worth it?
