Don't try this at home

Oh dude, I flipped out and cut that freaky flap of hair I have that is always stick straight on top. It's the very top flap and what used to be my bangs. I didn't go short but hello what was I thinking? it won't fit the rest of the hair as well (good thing it's all layered though because it's less obvious) and now I have to start over on the growing it past my eyes.

My problem was the flat top I get until my hair gets long enough to curl round. That and that freaky flap of straight on top. Everything is curling great but that.

Someone smack the scissors out of my hand for me please

If it smells good put it in your hair, if it tastes good spit it out!

    Smack! Smack! :)

Most of us have done the "oops!" cut at least once.

Hey Medusa, do you ever use those tiny claw clips, they work miracles for my canopy when it's giving me fits, I just clip up a few bits here and there and voila, I get dips and curls where I want them.

I have a claw clip in my hair right now! It's holding that little bit I cut off my face so I can stand it until it grows out.
I'm watching for crimping though. I used to use clips all the time but my hair will get a crimp and then break off where I clip sometimes. I'm hoping I"m kind enough to it now not to do that.

It sure works well though, thanks

oooooh I'm a dork, I finally figured out my little claw clips aren't the smallest they make. I got some super tiny ones and you're right you can't even tell I have them on! They hold that piece of side swept bangs that is growing out real well. That is driving me crazy poking in my eye all day. What a relief!
