can you use a diffuser in the cg method??

I heard no heat....
-predominately 2c (thick when dry, limp and stringy when wet)
-fine 3a sideburns
-3b at nape (frizziest and shrinkiest)
-humidity and static sensitive (lol)
-loves natural products.....scared of even the milest chemicals

    Diffuser is fine. Best bet is to keep heat setting on low.

    Agreed. You can use a hairdryer with a diffuser. If it's not too warm if directed at your skin, it shouldn't fry your hair.
