Frizz and Loss of Definition

Y'all, I don't know WHAT in the world is going on with my hair, and I can't pinpoint when it started, exactly, so it's hard to know what the culprit is. My curls are well-defined enough, but the ends are all blown apart (if that makes any sense), I'm getting a lot more frizz than usual ESPECIALLY on top, and it's really irritating me.

I've been doing CG now since February 16th, and my hair just started behaving this way at some point within the last week or so? The only things I know I've done different are:

1) Sunday, March 4th - used the brown sugar/condish exfoliate treatment
2) Monday, March 12th (a.m.) - added honey in with my normal conidtioning treatment
3) Monday, March 12th (p.m.) - did an ACV rinse

I'm thinking maybe the ACV rinse dried my hair out too much? But I'm not sure if the problems started before that or after. Seems like it was starting some before.

*sigh*

I don't know what to do! My curls don't look like they do in those pictures, anymore. At least, they don't seem to - to me. Maybe I should take more pictures and do an objective comparison.

Anybody think what the culprit might be?

For me, I feel like honey makes me frizzy. When I use it as a rinse, with my conditioner or mixed in gel my hair always seems frizzier. Have you used honey before?
3B with some 3a. Fell off but am now back on the CG bandwagon and looking for my HG products.

Nope. That was the 1st time. I was thinking it was either the honey or the ACV. I've been reticent to try honey again because of that. I feel like my hair is just now recovering from whatever caused it.

    Hi
I have similar hair to you but it's finer. I am a mod CG as after a week or two of using CG products I get build-up.

Now I poo once a week and I see an improvement.

    Hi

At the moment I'm using Johnson's baby shampoo as it's the mildest I can find.

Used it last night as my hair had become limp and frizzy. Today there's more life and curls are more defined.
