I washed my hair with a low poo and then used a pretty thick conditioner today. However, compared to yesterday when I just used a conditioner, it seems like my is less curly today (post shampoo). Is that pretty normal? Is that a sign my hair would probably prefer co-washing?

I had the same issue with my low poo so I went back to cowash. My roots are a bit droopy but I get so much definition. Also maybe try the lavender spray from the book. I find it refresh my hair and gives me.definition.

When I use shampoo, my hair is less curly and more frizzy, but when I just co-wash, my hair is too soft to hold its curl and droops as the day goes on. For me, the solution was a cleansing conditioner. It gets my hair clean, but does not strip the natural oils.

I use the L'oreal Evercreme cleansing conditioner (not their sulfate-free shampoo) right now, but I want to try SheaMoisture's cleansing conditioner. I saw that Garnier Fructis now makes one as well, but I didn't check the label to see if it is cg.

I think I am definitely going to try SheaMoisture's CoWashing conditioner. All I need to do now is find a shampoo that has no cones that I can completely cleanse my hair of cones and such.
